On March 24th, we held our 2025 Annual Assembly at the Marina Vallarta Golf Club— a key event for our association. During this meeting, important decisions were made, and we reviewed the progress of our goals and objectives, always focused on continuing to provide educational opportunities to the scholarship students in our community.


One of the most significant moments of the assembly was the presentation of the 2024 Annual Report, highlighting the work carried out over the past year. We are proud to share that 27 of our scholarship recipients graduated from university during this period, and we expect another 27 to graduate between May and August 2025. These achievements reflect the dedication of both the students and the team that supports their development.

In addition, the financial report and the audit findings were presented in a detailed and transparent manner. These documents provide a clear understanding of the organization’s financial situation and ensure the proper management of our resources. Transparency is one of the pillars of our work, and this process allows us to meet the highest standards of accountability.
Another key point of the annual assembly was the change in members of the Board of Directors. It is an honor to welcome the new board members:
- Vice President: Dr. Luis Ignacio Zuñiga Bobadilla
- Secretary: Lorenzo Pérez Prieto
- Board Member: Sara Alicia Miller Martínez

The work we do in the fight against school dropout is essential to offering young people in Puerto Vallarta a future full of opportunities.
