Last Wednesday, our association hosted its Fourth Seasonal Breakfast at RiverCafé. As in previous editions, the event was a great success, bringing together former scholarship recipients, donors, and friends of this noble cause. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast and a pleasant morning by the river, surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Evita, owner of RiverCafé, for once again opening the doors of her excellent restaurant and supporting us in hosting this meaningful fundraising breakfast.

This year, we had the honor of welcoming two outstanding former scholarship recipients who exemplify the positive impact of our scholarship program:

- Atzel Francisco Pérez Morales, a civil engineer who graduated in 2023 with a GPA of 91.5 from CUC. Atzel was part of the scholarship program for 11 years and now works in Quality Control at G&B in Nuevo Vallarta.
- Magalina Langarica Santana, a 2001 graduate with a degree in Administration and an impressive GPA of 98.88 from CUC. Magalina has been actively supporting Becas Vallarta for 23 years, serving as a dedicated volunteer in holiday events, fundraising activities, and other initiatives. She currently works as an Administrator at Plaza Genovesa.
Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by a generous donation from one of our breakfast attendees, who contributed a full-year university scholarship for a student. And, of course, we couldn’t end the event without announcing the lucky winners of our traditional raffle!

This successful gathering fuels our motivation to continue working for the youth of our region through our scholarship program. Thank you to everyone who makes this mission possible!
